1. Subscriptions
Talon Analysis offers paid subscription plans (Starter and Pro) billed monthly or annually. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as described below.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Talon Analysis, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. This guarantee applies once per customer and covers the initial subscription charge only.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time remaining in a billing period, except as stated in the 30-day guarantee.
4. How to request a refund
Contact us at support@talonanalysis.com with the email address used to sign up and the reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method through our payment processor.
5. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
