1. Agreement
By accessing or using Talon Analysis ("Talon," "we," "us," or "our") at talonanalysis.app and related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Talon provides automated competitive intelligence reports based on publicly available web data, third-party search and scraping APIs, and AI-assisted analysis. Reports are generated for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular business decision.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security or abuse risk.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems except as permitted by the product
- Submit malicious content, automated abuse, or false niche queries at scale
- Resell or redistribute reports in a way that misrepresents them as human-verified research
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees, renewal terms, and cancellation are described at checkout and on our pricing page. Refunds follow our published refund policy unless required otherwise by law.
6. Intellectual property
We own the Talon platform, branding, and report presentation. You retain rights to your inputs. Generated reports are licensed to you for your internal business use. Third-party trademarks and data remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND NONINFRINGEMENT. Pricing, features, and competitor information in reports may be outdated or incomplete because they depend on external sources.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talon and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
